Bri has been practicing yoga since 2008 and completed her 200-hour training with Hola Yoga in 2023. Her classes invite students to turn inward and explore what it means to move gently and rest deeply. She believes supported stillness and nervous-system-aware movement help us meet ourselves, and the world, with more kindness. In a culture that rewards constant doing, Bri offers space to slow down and simply be. Outside of yoga, she’s running her vintage interiors business, House of Yore, tinkering with a project, or curled up on the couch with her husband, their three cats, and a good book.
