MEMBERSHIPS AND PAYMENTS

Introductory Offer: This payment type is available to local Tennessee residents only. Valid ID may be requested by Hola Yoga staff to verify residency. The Introductory Offer may only be purchased by first-time clients and may only be purchased (1) time per client. The Introductory Offer activates on the day of your first visit to the studio and is active for 14 consecutive days. Client is eligible for free mat rentals for the duration of the Introductory Offer. Once the pass has been activated, it cannot be paused, suspended, or extended for any reason. No exceptions will be made.


Unlimited Monthly Auto-Renew Membership: You understand and agree that this Agreement is a month-to-month Agreement for a minimum of 3 months and no maximum. You should give careful consideration as to whether the Auto-Renew Membership is right for you at this time in your life. When you sign up for the Auto-Renew Membership, you are making a 3 month commitment regardless of the life-changes you may have during this time. It cannot be paused, suspended, or extended for any reason during this initial 3 month period. This Agreement will remain in force unless you cancel it as per below. This membership activates on the day of purchase. Your dues must be paid through a credit or debit card stored on MindBody’s online secure software on the date designated in the Agreement and will continue on or around the same day until cancellation. Unlimited Monthly Auto-Renew Membership may be frozen after the initial 3 month period as per below.


Unlimited Monthly (Non Auto-Renew): Activates on the day of purchase and is valid for 1 month. This payment type is non-recurring and will not be automatically renewed. It cannot be paused, suspended, or extended for any reason.


Unlimited Annual Membership: You understand that this is a prepaid membership for a period of 12 months and activates on the day of purchase. This payment type is non-recurring and will not be automatically renewed and will terminate at the end of the term unless you elect to renew your membership at the then current rate. You should give careful consideration as to whether the Unlimited Annual Membership is right for you at this time in your life. When you sign up for the Unlimited Annual Membership, you are making a 12 month commitment regardless of the life-changes you may have during this time. It cannot be paused, suspended, or extended for any reason. Membership benefits include 10% off all retail items, 10% off all studio workshops, 1 Guest Pass per month for a regular drop-in class, 1 Manduka Pro Lite mat, and after second year of purchase receive account credit of $100. Guest Pass expires each month and does not roll over. Guest Pass can be claimed by emailing, calling, or speaking to the Studio Experience Team. Manduka mat can be claimed by speaking to a member of the Studio Experience Team and must be claimed within 1 month from day of membership activation.


Class Packs: 10, and 20 class packs activate on day of purchase and expire after 6 months. Classes are non transferrable.

Travel Pass: Three days of unlimited classes. Activates upon date of first visit. Client is eligible for free mat, mat towel, and sweat towel rentals for the duration of the Travel Pass. Once the pass has been activated, it cannot be paused, suspended, or extended for any reason. No exceptions will be made.

RIGHT TO MODIFY DUES AND FEES

Hola Yoga reserves the right to modify your dues at any time upon 30 days written notice. If you have a prepaid membership, Hola Yoga may not modify the amount of your prepaid dues before the expiration of the current term.

TERMINATION FOR CAUSE

Hola Yoga may terminate your membership if: 1) you fail to make timely payments; 2) the monthly payment or dues are interrupted or discontinued for any reason and you do not provide an acceptable alternative; 3) you fail to follow any of Hola Yoga’s membership policies or rules or violate any part of this Agreement; or 4) your conduct is improper or harmful to the best interests of Hola Yoga or its customers.

MEMBERSHIP FREEZE POLICY

Unlimited Monthly Auto-Renew Membership onlythis does not apply to any other payment type: The freeze policy allows a member in good standing to temporarily suspend his or her membership upon written request to Hola Yoga at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle under the following terms: 1) freeze must occur after the initial 3 months of membership activation; 2) limited to once every 12 months; 3) for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 consecutive months; 4) no pro rata months. You may only freeze your membership for 1, 2, or 3 consecutive months and it must be for the full month. Once the freeze ends, membership rate shall continue at the same rate immediately prior to the freeze, and payments will commence on the same pay date as previously scheduled. The cancellation policy (below) is still in effect.

REFUNDS

All class sales are final. All approved refunds will not be given to the original payment method but will be refunded to your Hola Yoga account and may be used towards future Hola Yoga purchases. Classes are non transferrable.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

CLASSES

Classes must be cancelled at least 2 hours prior to the start of the class time. A $5 late cancel fee or a $10 no-show fee will apply. While we appreciate you letting us know if your plans change, fees do not apply to free or donation based classes. 

WORKSHOPS

If you pre-register for an in-person workshop or event, and you cancel 48 hours prior to the start time, you will receive account credit to your Hola Yoga account. If you cancel within 48 hours of the start time, you will not receive a refund or credit.

UNLIMITED MONTHLY AUTO-RENEW MEMBERSHIPS

You may cancel your auto-renew membership after fulfilling your minimum 3 month commitment for any reason by written request and/or electronically submitting a Membership Change Request Form at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled billing date. If you cancel your membership and you want to rejoin, you must buy a new membership at the then prevailing rates. If you rejoin after 3 months or greater from cancellation, a new 3-month commitment is initiated when you rejoin and all other terms apply.

INDIVIDUAL/SMALL GROUP LESSONS

Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the start of the session time in order to receive account credit. If the session is cancelled within 48 hours of the start time, you will not receive a refund or credit.

LARGE GROUP EVENTS

A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to reserve time/date. Final payment is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. If the event is cancelled within 48 hours of the start time, you will not receive a refund or credit.

GENERAL RULES

LATE ARRIVALS

Late arrivals will not be allowed entry 5 minutes after a class begins. For classes that are full, we only hold reservations until the start time of class. If you are not present at the start of the class and there is a waitlist, your spot will be given to another student.

CELL PHONES

Cell phones are not permitted in the practice room and must be left on silent with your personal belongings in a locker or in a cubby. For special circumstances, such as being an on-call worker, please leave your phone with our Studio Experience Coordinator who can assist.

DISCOUNTS

Students, Military, School Teachers, First Responders, and ER Medical Professionals receive 10% off any regularly priced class packs and memberships, excluding Unlimited Annual Membership, Introductory Offer, and Travel Pass. Must present valid ID to qualify. Discount expires 12 months after activation. Clients may reactivate discount after expiration by speaking with a member of the Studio Experience Team at which time a valid ID may be requested.
