About Sarah Jane Chapman

Sarah Jane believes that making peace with our bodies is a direct way to create peace in the world. That might sound trite, but she has witnessed the active work her clients and (herself!) put into creating a kind and respectful relationship with their bodies and how that ripples into their communities.

Sarah Jane has been teaching yoga since 2010 when she did her first training in kids yoga at Karma Kids Yoga in NYC. In 2012, she traveled to Rishikesh, India to complete her 200 hour in Hatha yoga. She taught for many years around Nashville in yoga studios and treatment centers since 2013. In 2018, Sarah Jane began her Yoga Therapy training with Yoga Well Institute and decided to take a break from teaching yoga publicly. After graduating in 2021, she began working both in private practice and also at Neuro Therapy Nashville as a yoga therapist. She specializes in helping people connect totally heir bodies through recovery in eating disorders and neurological conditions.
