Grace was introduced to yoga at a very early age by her mom. In her twenties, Grace moved to Asheville, North Carolina and her life changed forever when she discovered a local yoga studio and began practicing yoga regularly. Grace joined the Student Immersion Program in the early spring of 2013, and it was the first time that she felt a true desire to teach yoga. Over the next couple years, Grace became deeply entrenched in the practice of holistic wellness, nutrition, and spiritual exploration by diving deeper into her personal yoga practice. In 2015, she completed a 250-hour RYT from Asheville Community Yoga.

Grace’s practice is guided by her love for wellness education and yoga. She aims to empower those in her community that seek to unleash their potential and unify their connection with their bodies. As an instructor with over 800+ teaching hours, Grace focuses on incorporating fun, innovative, and safe sequencing in each class. She is committed to honoring every student’s personal journey by emphasizing functional and structural anatomy, yoga history, and energetic themes as a way to weave together the elements that bring us into a deeper connection with our Higher-Self. Grace is inspired by what the body, mind and soul can show us when we open them up to live freely.
