Join us for a 60 min Flow + Yin class followed by a pop-up clothing swap! Come with friends or meet new ones, and give your wardrobe a fresh, sustainable update. Whether you're clearing out your closet or searching for a hidden gem, this is your chance to trade fashion finds and connect with your community. Invite your friends, family, and neighbors, and let’s make this a successful swap for all! 

HOW TO SIGN UP

Book Your Class on Mariana Tek

  1. Bring  your mat + 15 or less gently loved items. Remember quality is more important than quantity!

  2. Check in and hand your items to a member of our desk team 

  3. Enjoy Class!

  4. Join us after class for browsing, beverages, and new friends!

**Please bring a reusable bag for any items you’d like to take home. All unclaimed clothing will be donated to a local charity to follow our event.  (Which one?)

CAN I BRING MORE THAN 15 ITEMS?

We limit the number of items to 15 per person. This allows us to hold space for everyone’s items. If you are interested in donating more than 15 items, we can recommend several local shelters that are accepting donations.

WHAT TYPES OF ITEMS ARE WELCOME?

What types of items are welcome?
Gently loved clothing, shoes, hats, and bags, are welcome. Please bring only freshly laundered items free of pet hair, strong odors, and stains. Our goal is to make this swap a pleasant experience for all, so high-quality, clean donations are essential! We know it can be difficult to find size inclusive clothing swaps, so we are encouraging folks of all sizes and gender expressions to join us.

WHAT TYPES OF ITEMS NOT TO BRING

Children’s clothing, undergarments, swimwear, socks, jewelry, sunglasses, and other accessories will not be accepted at this event. Items that are torn, stained, or excessively worn.

1:30- 2:30PM/ FLOW + YIN CLASS LED BY ERIKA

2:30- 3:00PM/ CLOTHING SWAP

**All leftover clothing will be donated to TenThirtyFive and an Elementary School in Rutherford County

About Erika


Erika has over fifteen years of experience as a yoga instructor. She has been teaching yoga since 2010 after receiving her 200-hour certification in Chicago. Erika specializes in alignment and anatomical integrity of yoga postures. She firmly believes in the power of the mind/body connection. Erika’s classes are challenging yet accessible. She aims to educate students on their own inner power as she believes it is the key to physical, emotional, and mental well-being. She uses yoga as a tool for self-awareness for a happier and healthier life. She received her doctorate in physical therapy in 2025.
