Scheduling a YTT Make-Up Session
Things to consider:
Contact The Appropriate Instructor: Email the appropriate instructor for a make-up private. Please review the Attendance Policy on page 21 of your 200 Hour Manual to confirm the number of hours you will need to make-up the missed material. You can find our teaching faculty's contact information in your 200 Hour Manual on page 24.
Select Suitable Times and Dates: Between trainee and instructor, select a few times/dates* that work for both of you to make sure that Hola will be available during those times. If it's more convenient for scheduling purposes, you can also arrange to meet outside the studio.
*Helpful times that the studio is typically available:
Saturdays after 12:30pm
Sundays between 1pm-5pm (we have a class that begins at 5:30pm)
Any weekday between 1:30pm - 3:30pm, Tues. between 11:30am - 3:30pm
