Alexis

is a strong believer in movement medicine and its ability to help unite the body, mind & spirit. She began teaching barre and group fitness in 2013 after missing a physical and emotional movement practice from her gymnastics and dance upbringing. For the last 10 years, Alexis has taught barre, yoga, & led teacher trainings in Buti Yoga modalities around the country. She received her 200hr yoga teacher training in 2017, where vinyasa yoga became her main focus.

Ann Green

Ann is a public health professional and trained birth doula who began her journey into teaching prenatal yoga while pregnant with her second child. Ann brings over a decade of yoga practice into her teaching, creating classes that are grounded and engaging. She loves supporting pregnant people through breath and movement – and how perfectly that complements her doula work. Ann completed her Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training and BYOBaby Yoga training with Nurture Nashville.

Cameron Clark

Both on and off the yoga mat Cameron aims to find a balance between effort and ease in all things. When you step into one of her classes, you can expect to explore the relationship between breath and sensation, opportunities for mindful reflection, intentional sequencing and a felt sense of restoration. The practice of yoga and mindfulness have been the focal point of her personal development journey, guiding her as she navigates healing and spirituality in a practical way.

Chris Garcia

Chris graduated from Studio Bamboo Institute of Yoga's 200-hr program in Virginia Beach, VA in 2017. Chris believes that yoga is more than just physical exercise and is able to offer his students a more holistic experience. In his practice he focuses on striking a balance between play and alignment, knowing that its okay to fall out of a pose and to smile about it when you do! Chris brings a sense of joy and adventure to his sequences and as well as a carefully curated playlist.

Grace Higginbotham

Grace’s practice is guided by her love for wellness education and yoga. She aims to empower those in her community that seek to unleash their potential and unify their connection with their bodies. ​As an instructor with over 800+ teaching hours, Grace focuses on incorporating fun, innovative, and safe sequencing in each class. She is committed to honoring every student’s personal journey by emphasizing functional and structural anatomy, yoga history, and energetic themes.

Jo-Jo Jackson

Jo-Jo Jackson is a Hatha Yoga teacher and student Yoga Therapist studying at Maryland University of Integrative Health (MS in Yoga Therapy, class of 2024). Jo-Jo is an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor certified in HeartMath personal resiliency techniques and she specializes in guiding sound meditation practices through the traditions of Nada Yoga.

Khrys Baltodano (Owner+Founder)

Khrys envisioned Hola Yoga as a place of spiritual wellness where students would gain a profound understanding of Self through movement, breath, meditation, and self-study. Her teachings are a result of studies that have evolved from the Krishnamacharya lineage – Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar and Viniyoga. She also teaches from a place of inner knowing — her own personal practice, the passion, and the deep understanding that comes through experience.

Lisa Bradley

Lisa loves the way the body can move and the many variations each yoga posture has. Her classes are influenced by her many years of ballet training and the importance of breath. Yoga is her way of connecting mind, body and spirit. With over 1,000 teaching hours, she loves sharing this connection with her students.

Olivia Jiménez

All bodies are welcome in Olivia's classes and students can expect a safe, well-rounded, breath-centered practice with lots of imagination and opportunities to play. She gives many options, encouraging students to make modifications that balance challenge and restoration to meet their personal needs. Olivia has personal experience using yoga to address knee, back, and neck injuries, anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia, and chronic pain. 

Rikki Rattner

Sharing yoga with her students inspired Riki to get her 200-hour RYC in 2017. She attended Zuna Yoga’s teacher training in Ubud, Bali. During her training, Riki developed a deeper understanding and appreciation for the breath, anatomical alignment, and the philosophy behind the physical postures. Riki is committed to empowering her students (kids and adults) with tools that help them to be purposefully powerful on and off their mats.

Sarah Jane Chapman

Sarah Jane believes that making peace with our bodies is a direct way to create peace in the world. That might sound trite, but she has witnessed the active work her clients and (herself!) put into creating a kind and respectful relationship with their bodies and how that ripples into their communities. In addition to her yoga therapy practice, Sarah Jane also does tarot and astrology readings. In 2022, she co-created a tarot deck with illustrator Sara Strese called Be With Your Body Tarot (available in the Hola lobby!)

Taylor Ruschmeier

Taylor believes that yoga is for everyone and it is less about the physical practice and more about connecting our minds with our physical bodies. She also believes in the power of moving our bodies to get stuck energy flowing and thus allowing us to find more peace and happiness in our everyday lives. She found the practice of yoga as a means to provide balance and restore her body between strength training workouts.

Tyler Murray

Tyler was first introduced to yoga during the end of his career in the military. He quickly discovered the healing and strengthening benefits of yoga for both the physical and mental injuries he had from his 7+ years as a Special Forces soldier. Tyler has continued to explore this healing through his personal practice, but also has grown a passion for teaching and sharing those benefits with others.

Ali Sperry

Ali has been a lover of yoga since her youth and has been teaching since receiving her 200-hr certification in early 2006. Having taught in New York, Chicago, Iowa and Nashville, she did her initial instructor certification with the Sivananda Ashram in Nassau, Bahamas, which provided a strong foundation in the fundamentals of yoga. She has done further yoga education with Core Power in Chicago, prenatal training at Global Yoga in Chicago, and restorative yoga training with BlossOMing Yoga in Nashville.

Cacey Lewis

Cacey believes that yoga is not about how flexible you are or even how in shape you are, it’s about becoming comfortable enough with yourself to sit in silence, to move with your breath, and to create space where there once was none. She received her 200-hour certification from Kali Yuga Yoga. Her teaching style is informative, approachable, and inclusive. Her goal as a teacher is to arm her students with the information they can use to practice yoga in their daily lives, both on and off the mat.

Celeste Green

Celeste Greene is a yoga therapist who brings the embodiment of her studies to her interactions with her students. She teaches in a way that is skillful, intuitive and compassionate. Celeste has been interested in the body, mind & spirit connection from an early age. Her curiosity has led her to study a variety of modalities including yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, somatic movement, creative expression and mindfulness practices. 

Erika Porter

Erika has over a decade of experience as a yoga instructor. She has been teaching yoga since 2010 after receiving her 200-hour certification in Chicago. Erika specializes in alignment and anatomical integrity of yoga postures. She firmly believes in the power of the mind/body connection. Erika’s classes are challenging yet accessible. She aims to educate students on their own inner power as she believes it is the key to physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Jazz Fields

Jazz, a Nashville native, has been practicing yoga consistently since 2019 and began teaching at the end of 2022. Her classes are accessible, playful, and encouraging; with a vibey playlist, always. She will push you to tap into your vulnerability and hold a grounding space for whatever that may bring up; with no judgement, just love. Expect to explore yoga beyond just the physical practice, making more space for inner awareness and self exploration.

Kenieha Boren

Kenieha Rasha, or Kenny Rae, is a true embodiment of the harmony between mind, body, and soul. With her extensive experience in yoga and passion for dance, she brings a unique blend of movement and mindfulness to her classes. Through her journey as a reiki healer and spoken word artist. In Kenny Rae's classes, students can expect to explore the realms of truthfulness, self-expression, and playfulness, all while cultivating a sense of inner freedom and awareness.

Koula Callahan

Koula began practicing yoga in 2006 as a way to restore her body in between high school soccer seasons. Though she was originally drawn to the restorative practice, she quickly fell in love with vinyasa and has been teaching vinyasa yoga since 2015. Her classes, while physically challenging, encourage self discovery and usher students into a deeper, truer form of self care. She believes deeply that movement is healing — and when we connect deeper with our bodies, we’re able to connect deeper to ourselves and those around us. 

Meagan Montgomery

Meagan believes deeply in empowering others to find joy in movement and hopes that each of her hatha/vinyasa flows brings a balance of grounding, curiosity, and creativity with a little bit of spice sprinkled throughout. Meagan is 550hr certified with 1,000+ hours of teaching under her belt ranging from vinyasa, to restorative and everything in between. 

Rachel Hinch

Rachel’s approach to yoga is grounded in compassion and curiosity. She teaches in a way that encourages mind-body connection, promoting opportunities for self-discovery and well-being. Through tailored sequences of yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation, she strives to meet students where they are–fostering inclusivity, providing tools to support mental and physical balance, and cultivating loving-kindness within the community on and off the mat.

Sarah Huffman

Sarah’s lifework is to foster loving healing for others through sound, energy, and compassion. Through her practice, she creates a cocoon of protective energy where you can experience absolute calm and stillness in both the mind and the body. It helps to lower the volume of your buzzing mind, bring ease to your stressed body, and arrive at a place of completeness in your spirit. Sarah guides you to your inner world using a gentle heart and energy healing.

Stacey Caron

Stacey strives to teach a powerful, yet mindful, class that facilitates a journey inward. You can expect an intelligent, balanced and creative sequence, with plenty of encouragement to tune into your intuition and move in a way that feels right to you. Stacey's teaching is inspired and guided by the tenant of Svadhyaya, seasonal and cyclical energetics, and gratitude.Stacey was certified in 2012 and has since led countless classes, numerous teacher trainings and continuing education workshops.


Taylor Traglia

As a yoga teacher and Folk Herbalist, Taylor is passionate about a holistic approach to yoga; one that invites us to understand that we are one with nature and part of the divine universe. Taylor's yoga journey began in 2015 as a student in Nashville; a welcomed transition after a lifetime of athletics. In 2017, Taylor received her 200-RYT certification in Rishikesh, India after an immersive learning experience in the yoga capital of the world.
