Align

Classes infused with intelligent sequencing and at times, flow through postures linking breath with movement. These classes will focus on building mental focus, flexibility, strength and endurance. Designed to develop more body-awareness and a deeper connection to breath. Yoga experience can be beneficial, but not required.

  • Vinyasa Yoga is intelligent sequencing and at times it can be a flow-like class that links breath with movement. This dynamic and energizing class will focus on building mental focus, flexibility, strength and endurance. The ultimate aim is for students to develop more body-awareness and a deeper connection to their breath. Each teacher will infuse their vinyasa class with their own personal style, including yoga philosophy and meditation practices. In each class, you can expect smart sequencing with an emphasis on alignment and breath to stimulate both the beginner and advanced practitioner. This class is designed for all levels with variations of postures offered.

  • A Vinyasa class in a room heated to 95F+ degrees. The heat will provide for a detoxifying sweat while you move through an athletic and energetic sequence of postures. The infrared heat is used to safely reach new levels of personal flexibility by making muscles more pliable. This class can be strenuous and recommended to students with prior yoga experience.

  • A heated, vibey vinyasa class in a relaxing and comforting candlelit room. This class has all of the strengthening benefits of a heated flow with an extended savasana allowing your day to melt away. This soothing yet sweaty class is best for those with familiarity with basic yoga postures. During Daylight Savings this class will keep all the same vibes but we’ll flow to the setting sun instead of candles.

  • A non-heated, 45 minute power vinyasa flow for all-levels. Expect a powerful, energetic class that will build internal heat, increase stamina, strength, and flexibility. Power vinyasa is often described as “the perfect blend of sweat and serenity.” This class is specifically designed to energize, reset, and recharge. All of the benefits of a full-length class but with enough time to get back to your busy schedule. Expect a mood-boosting flow that will power you through the rest of your afternoon.

  • An all-levels, dynamic vinyasa class that focuses on core strengthening exercises. This class is an opportunity to build strength in your deep core muscles. It will focus on strengthening not only the abdominal muscles, but also the muscles deep in the body that support the spine which allow for powerful alignment awareness. Each class will incorporate abdominal work, traditional asana postures, and breath work – all with an emphasis on developing the power that lies at the core center of the body.

Unify

These classes provide a spacious sanctuary to unwind and bring yourself back to center. Expect a balanced practice of effort and ease. Slow steady movement, stillness, mindful breathing, and meditation are at the heart of a unified experience. No prior yoga experience is required. Beginners welcome.

  • An all-levels class that guides students through a gentle series of poses with the intention of bringing you into a deep state of relaxation and rest. Expect a handful of floor-based poses, lots of props, and an emphasis on support and comfort.

  • The best of both worlds. Begin class with an all-levels slow flow followed by a soothing restorative practice.

  • Calm your mind and body with this meditative practice. Yin yoga postures are primarily passive in nature and are held longer than traditional poses to facilitate the healing and restoration of tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Postures are primarily focused on less flexible and less mobile areas of the body like the hips, shoulders, and back to allow for a release of tension and stiffness. Yin yoga is suitable for all levels and especially wonderful for beginners, athletes, or as a complement to a more vigorous yoga practice.

  • An all-levels class for students seeking balance. Experience the yin-yang theory with a flow (yang) followed by passive and cooling yin yoga.

  • Slow Flow offers poses that range from gentle to challenging with an overall calm energy. This style can vary in pace; with some classes preferring long static holds and others opting for occasional moments of energetic flow. The slower speed of these classes does not, however, mean that the poses are any less beneficial for building strength and stability. Slow Flow allows students to take more time to better understand the overall practice as well as the detailed aspects of individual poses. This makes it particularly well-suited to newer students, or for those who desire a deep-rooted and stabilizing practice.

  • Explore the grounding wonders of meditation. This class is an exploration of a variety of meditation techniques, the use of props to position the body, and breath awareness to settle the mind. Meditation truly is an integrated mind-body practice that trains patience, steadiness, and acceptance. In this class we will consciously focus our awareness to be stable, calm, and present. We learn to make peace with our thoughts and emotions and tame our inner restlessness so that we can experience spaciousness and clarity. Our monthly meditation class is designed to support and refine students' meditation practice. Each 60-minute class features a contextual conversation on meditation philosophies, gentle/mindful movement, breath-work, guided meditation, and space for questions. Open to all levels.

  • This class is designed to help prepare the mind, body, and spirit for the many transitions of pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood. It can also reduce the discomforts of pregnancy and give you time to connect with your body and your baby. Expect to prepare your body for labor and childbirth as well as deepen your yoga practice. Each class will begin with a short discussion followed by a movement practice. The class is for any pregnant person, in any trimester, and at all yoga experience levels (clearing any medical issues with the care provider). All bodies, sexual orientations, and gender identities are welcome at Hola. This class is a great way to connect with other moms-to-be and establish community that goes far beyond pregnancy.

Strengthen

Full-body practices intended to build strength and muscle endurance, improving overall movement control and coordination. These class will leave you feeling stronger, longer and more energized. Classes are challenging by nature, yet fully accessible for students of all experience levels.

  • Barre is a blend of bodyweight movements derived from ballet, pilates and yoga and it individually targets major muscle groups with small, isolated, yet quickly fatiguing movements with a goal of improving muscle endurance. The focus on posture and form and the smooth transitions between movements will help even the most busy minded student become more present. This low-impact class is challenging by nature, but fully accessible for students of all experience levels.

  • The perfect blend for students looking to build strength while increasing mobility. Flow + Barre seamlessly blends traditional yoga asana with barre movements for a full-body practice that will leave you feeling stronger, longer and energized. This is an all-levels class, but brand new students to this method may find it beneficial to start with out traditional Barre class.

  • This non-heated, all levels class will help students build strength and muscle endurance by using body weight (no dumbbells needed!) in both dynamic and isometric poses. There will be intervals of various exercises designed to emphasize the importance of mindful breathing, form over speed, and quality over quantity, thereby improving overall movement control and coordination, particularly for Vinyasa. Students will develop a stronger yoga practice as a result, including strength for arm balances and inversions. YogaStrength is designed to promote stronger leaner muscle and more functional strength that will help prevent risk of injury associated with everyday activities such as walking, running, sitting and lifting.
