Deepening your understanding of yoga is a lifelong journey. Hola Yoga’s Foundational 200-Hour Training is an educational experience designed for the seekers and the spiritually-led. For both those looking to understand the art of teaching and those looking to deepen their personal practice.

Our Yoga Alliance Certified program offers more than just the mechanics of teaching yoga. Our program aims to instill yoga's history, meaning, and true purpose into each student. Hola’s teacher training has been crafted to blend Eastern philosophy and principles while integrating Western concepts of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.

Whether you intend to teach or not, our program provides a strong foundation in the teachings and application of yoga. You’ll graduate with the ability to safely lead yourself and others through yoga practices with a deeper understanding of the why and how.

We invite you to join us fall 2025 for our next 200-hour training, a five-month-long journey into developing a stronger relationship with not only your practice, but yourself and the world around you. Learn to teach with care, curiosity, clarity, and confidence.

Success Story

jamie

By the time we took our final exam, did our final paper, and taught our practicum, I felt pretty joyful, excited and empowered.

I feel an immense amount of gratitude for the entire process. I think it equipped me with so many tools that I didn't have six months ago. Tools to teach and to carry on my personal practice and self-study, and inspiration to continue learning and studying yoga for the rest of my life.

“ I really cannot overstate how incredible this teacher training experience has been from start to finish“

I came into the program without any concrete goals to teach yoga except to learn and absorb, and I was able to do not only that but also develop my own deeply personal teaching philosophy. Each instructor was so knowledgeable about their respective topics, and while they all had such diverse teaching styles, they always created a fun and intellectually stimulating learning environment”

Scholarship

We are passionate about creating an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity. One way we have found to accomplish this is by offering scholarships for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color; a group systemically marginalized in the wellness industry. Giving back to the community through scholarship gives life to our vision to create more diverse, more inclusive, and more enriching yoga spaces.
