Hola, we’re happy you’re here.

Hola Yoga is a Nashville-based yoga studio that exists to honor yoga as a practice that transcends the physical and belongs to everyone.

We create a space where students can truly relax, be themselves, and experience the depth of yoga in both body and spirit.

Through high-quality teaching, intentional design, and a community that reflects the people it serves, we’re redefining what belonging looks and feels like.

our Philosophy

Hola Yoga grew out of a deep love for connection to ourselves, to each other, and to the tradition of yoga itself. Founder Khrys Baltodano wanted to create more than a studio. She wanted to build a place that feels warm, inclusive, and real. Where you’re greeted by name, not just checked in. Where you can move your body, quiet your mind, and find your people.

Our Values

  • A home away from home. We hope to inspire an inclusive community where everyone feels seen, supported, and welcomed.

  • Yoga is more than movement. We celebrate it as it was meant to be. Accessible, rooted in tradition, and rich in purpose, every class encourages reflection and personal growth to deepen your practice

  • We share yoga as a path to peace, happiness and freedom, exploring movement, stillness, and the spaces in between where life unfolds.

  • Our instructors live what they teach, embracing yoga as a lifelong learning experience. By continually expanding their knowledge and refining their skills, they model curiosity and growth, guiding and inspiring students to explore their own practice and evolve alongside them.

  • We uplift the teachers who bring this practice to life, recognizing yoga as a sustainable path where guides can grow, shaping a profession based on respect and longevity.

  • From the end of class cool-down towel to pre-session tea, we are intentional with every detail in our practice and space. The studio is designed with intention, a calming, clean, supportive environment where teachers and students can thrive in community.

  • Hola Yoga is a great studio! I love the variety of classes offered. The diversity of people is refreshing, I enjoy seeing, meeting & practicing with different people within the community. The hot classes have cold, eucalyptus towels at the end, which makes the class even that much better. The yoga instructors all have their own unique style from sound baths to motivating & inspirational quotes to astrology cards, incense at the end & more. The atmosphere is welcoming & calming. I highly recommend for anyone looking to deepen their practice & find balance.

  • I love practicing and teaching at Hola Yoga! The friendly, kind & dedicated community of students and teachers is the foundation of what makes this studio so special. The class schedule is well organized with a variety of offering such as hot vinyasa, restorative, slow flow, strength-building or meditation. The teacher staff is knowledgeable & honest, and we have the support of a wonderful admin staff that keeps all the behind-the-scenes operations in order so us teachers can focus on what we do best, teach our students the practice of yoga.

The space is peaceful, welcoming, and well-maintained. The teachers are experienced and thoughtful. The staff is friendly. And, there are a variety of classes on the schedule, so you'll be able to find what you're looking for in a class or try something new.
