We’re proud to share space with Porter Physical Therapy, a practice rooted in personalized, whole-body care led by Erika Porter, PT, DPT. With a focus on functional movement, injury recovery, chronic pain support, and long-term wellness, Porter PT complements our approach to mindful movement and body awareness.
Personal Training
Personal training offers individualized support focused on strength, mobility, and functional movement. Align with Alexis provides one-on-one guidance tailored to personal goals, injury history, and sustainable movement practices.
Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy uses movement, breath, and mindfulness practices to support healing, recovery, and overall well-being. Several of our teachers are trained practitioners who offer personalized, therapeutic approaches that complement a group yoga practice.
