Class Types

At Hola Yoga, our classes are organized within categories to support your ability to honor where you’re at today. Whether you’re looking for a challenge, a quiet corner, or community, there’s a great fit for everyone.

Align

Multiple overlapping concentric rings with a coral color on a black background.

Classes are infused with intelligent sequencing and, at times, flow through postures that link breath with movement. Expect a focus on mental clarity, flexibility, strength, and endurance. All designed to deepen body awareness and your connection to breath. Familiarity with yoga is great for heated Align classes to help you move safely and confidently through more challenging sequences but is certainly not required.

Unify

Unify classes offer a spacious sanctuary to unwind and return to center. Rooted in a balance of effort and ease, these classes blend slow, steady movement with stillness, mindful breathing, and meditation for a truly unified experience. No prior yoga experience is needed, just an open mind and a willingness to connect inward.

Strengthen

Strengthen classes are designed to build muscular endurance, stability, and control. Expect a balance of challenge and empowerment as you move through intentional sequences that enhance coordination and confidence. You’ll leave feeling stronger, longer, and more energized. Classes are naturally challenging, yet accessible for students of all experience levels.

Why Hola Yoga

Two people sitting on a black mat inside, smiling and talking, one man and one woman in casual workout clothes, near a plain white wall, enjoying a relaxed moment.
Interior of a wellness or yoga studio with a reception desk, a plant, wall art, and a room with yoga mats and wooden blocks.

We believe yoga is not about chasing perfection, but cultivating patience, discernment, and self-trust. It’s a practice that extends beyond the mat, shaping the way we show up for ourselves, our families, and our world, with balance, grace, and authenticity.

  • While most of our classes are meant for all levels of experience, we recommend easing into your practice with non-heated Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Restorative, and Yin classes. For more information, head over to our Class page.

  • Nope! You do not need any baseline level of flexibility—or fitness, for that matter— to do yoga. Any kind of body at any level of athleticism can practice yoga. All are welcome.

  • Yoga essentials include: a water bottle for hydration, towel(s) for sweat, and a yoga mat on which you’ll do your practice. Mats, towels, and water available for rent/purchase if you forget your own!

  • It’s best not to practice yoga postures on a full stomach. We recommend eating at least 1-2 hours before class. Arrive well hydrated (this is extra important for heated classes)! Before class begins, introduce yourself to the instructor. Inform the instructor if you have any injuries or limitations. Our teachers will be happy to guide you through any modifications or reservations you may have.
