Explore the grounding wonders of meditation. This class is an exploration of a variety of meditation techniques, the use of props to position the body, and breath awareness to settle the mind. Meditation truly is an integrated mind-body practice that trains patience, steadiness, and acceptance. In this class we will consciously focus our awareness to be stable, calm, and present. We learn to make peace with our thoughts and emotions and tame our inner restlessness so that we can experience spaciousness and clarity.

Our monthly meditation class is designed to introduce those who are new to meditation, while also supporting and refining established practices. Each 60-minute class features a contextual conversation on meditation philosophies, gentle/mindful movement, breath-work, guided meditation, and space for questions. Open to all levels.
