Whether you’re brand new and looking to learn the basics or a seasoned practitioner looking to advance your practice, our skilled teachers will customize a session, or series of sessions, that fits your needs. Private instruction allows you work on what makes sense for you at your own pace all while dialoguing with your teacher about your individual needs and goals.

Private lessons are a great way find a sense of consistency and connection to your practice, to ease into movement after injury, and to build targeted strength, mobility and flexibility. At Hola, we offer in-studio, in-home, and virtual private lessons all with your favorite Hola teacher.

Looking for a unique and unforgettable group experience? Our Private Yoga Hike offers just that—a 90–120 minute guided journey through some of Greater Nashville’s most scenic trails (2.5–3 miles), blending movement, mindfulness, and the magic of the outdoors.

Perfect for corporate retreats, bachelorette groups, friend circles, or wellness gatherings, this immersive experience includes curated yoga stops with postures, stretches, meditation, and breathwork, all led by certified Yoga Therapist and hiking enthusiast, Olivia Jimenez.

All levels of yoga practitioners and hikers are welcome. We’ll handle the planning—you just show up ready to breathe, move, and connect beneath the trees.

  • In-studio private sessions are scheduled based on studio availability and must work around our existing class schedules. In-home sessions be coordinated at your convenience.

  • It’s best not to practice yoga postures on a full stomach. We recommend eating at least 1-2 hours before class. Arrive well hydrated.
