Vinyasa Yoga is intelligent sequencing and at times it can be a flow-like class that links breath with movement. This dynamic and energizing class will focus on building mental focus, flexibility, strength and endurance. The ultimate aim is for students to develop more body-awareness and a deeper connection to their breath. Each teacher will infuse their vinyasa class with their own personal style, including yoga philosophy and meditation practices. In each class, you can expect smart sequencing with an emphasis on alignment and breath to stimulate both the beginner and advanced practitioner. This class is designed for all levels with variations of postures offered.
