This class is designed to help prepare the mind, body, and spirit for the many transitions of pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood. It can also reduce the discomforts of pregnancy and give you time to connect with your body and your baby. Expect to prepare your body for labor and childbirth as well as deepen your yoga practice. Each class will begin with a short discussion followed by a movement practice.
The class is for any pregnant person, in any trimester, and at all yoga experience levels (clearing any medical issues with the care provider). All bodies, sexual orientations, and gender identities are welcome at Hola. This class is a great way to connect with other moms-to-be and establish community that goes far beyond pregnancy.
