Full Bio:

Elizabeth Teaf discovered Hola Yoga 4 years ago when she moved to Nashville after graduating from Florida State University. She was looking for a home away from home and found it in the Hola community.

Outside of the studio, Elizabeth works in marketing at iHeartMedia. She loves cross stitch, needlepoint, books, her cat Laurie, and her dog Nala.
