Elizabeth has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and is deeply passionate about the mind-body connection that yoga fosters. For her, the time spent on the mat is the one moment where she feels truly present, and she strives to create that same sense of presence and connection for her students. With a focus on mindful movement and breath, Elizabeth encourages her students to explore their own inner landscapes while embracing the stillness and peace that yoga offers.
Outside of yoga, Elizabeth trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu alongside her partner, balancing the strength and discipline of the practice with the serenity of yoga. Together, they share their home with two beautiful pups, who bring joy and energy into their lives. An avid traveler, Elizabeth loves exploring new places and immersing herself in different cultures, drawing inspiration from the beauty and diversity of the world. Whether she’s hiking a scenic trail in Nashville or discovering hidden gems abroad, her passion for exploration keeps her connected to both the world around her and the world within.
