Full Bio:
Claire is a Nashville native who has spent over a decade immersed in the worlds of movement and healing touch. A Licensed Massage Therapist with her own East Nashville studio, a certified birth doula, and a contemporary Pilates instructor, Claire brings a wealth of experience and insight to everything she does. Her work is rooted in a deep understanding of the body and how intentional movement can support long-term wellness.
Claire discovered Pilates in 2015 as part of her recovery from a running injury and quickly fell in love with the practice. She completed her 500-hour Pilates Teacher Training in 2018, specializing in contemporary reformer Pilates. After welcoming her first baby in 2024, she’s also been joyfully exploring the world of mat Pilates with a fresh perspective.
While Claire takes her craft seriously and brings a high level of technical skill to her classes, she’s anything but serious in tone. Expect her sessions to be equal parts thoughtful and playful, grounded in care, sprinkled with jokes, and always welcoming to all bodies. You'll leave class feeling supported, challenged, and full of good energy.
