All bodies are welcome in Olivia's classes and students can expect a safe, well-rounded, breath-centered practice with lots of imagination and opportunities to play. She gives many options, encouraging students to make modifications that balance challenge and restoration to meet their personal needs. Olivia has personal experience using yoga to address knee, back, and neck injuries, anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia, and chronic pain. 

A lifelong student of movement and embodied practices, Olivia has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has nearly 2,000 hours of training. She is a trauma-informed IAYT certified Yoga Therapist and with additional training in Restorative yoga, Prenatal yoga, Children’s Yoga, and Yoga of 12 Step Recovery. Her yoga practice is also informed by training in dance, martial arts, and myofascial release.  She is eternally grateful to her teachers, including Ana Pilar Cruz, Nikki Meyers, Judith Lasater, DeLora Frederickson, Mark Uridel, Emily Smith, Chase and Elizabeth Bossart, Jill Miller, Douglas Brooks, Jenn Wooten, and MANY more.
