New Year Meditation


Begin the year with intention, clarity, and connection. 

Join Celeste, yoga therapist and meditation teacher, for a grounding 90-minute journey inward. This practice offers a gentle and meaningful way to step into the new year that is rooted in reflection rather than resolution.

Celeste will guide students through a deep meditation designed to awaken intuition and support inner visioning for the year ahead. The session will close with a short reflective writing practice, allowing insights to take shape and be carried forward into 2026.

This experience welcomes all levels of practitioners whether you’re beginning your meditation journey or continuing an established practice.
